We build, own and operate ground-mount solar plants and sell the electricity directly to industrial consumers through Madhya Pradesh Open Access — not rooftop EPC, not panel supply.

You keep the same connection and the same factory. Only the source of your electricity changes — and so does the rate you pay for it.

We generate

Sharma Agrovolt owns and operates ground-mount solar capacity in Madhya Pradesh, scaling from an initial 2–3 MW towards a 25 MW target portfolio.

The grid carries it

Power is injected into the MP transmission network. Under Open Access regulations, your factory is registered as the consuming end of that generation.

You draw and pay us

You consume electricity exactly as before. Instead of paying the full discom industrial tariff, you pay our contracted rate plus applicable Open Access charges.

Locked for 25 years

A long-tenure PPA fixes your commercial terms, protecting you from repeated discom tariff escalation over the life of the contract.

Actual saving depends on your sanctioned load, voltage level, load profile and prevailing Open Access charges. We prepare a written estimate from your last twelve electricity bills.

Agri Trading Division

Four commodities. Bulk lots. Reliable grade.

We buy at source, hold stock, and supply buyers who need volume with predictable quality rather than a spot-market gamble.

Makka

Maize / Corn

Supplied to poultry and cattle feed mills, starch units and ethanol distilleries. Moisture and grade agreed per lot before despatch.

Gehu

Wheat

Traded to flour mills, roller flour units and government procurement channels. Sourced through the Rabi marketing season.

Cotton

Kapas

Kapas procured from the Nimar cotton belt and supplied to ginning and pressing factories and textile spinning mills.

Moong

Green Gram

Pulses supplied to dal mills, packers and exporters. Cleaned and sorted lots with consistent size and colour retention.

In solar we are the producer, not a contractor. Our revenue depends on the plant performing for 25 years, so uptime is our problem, not yours.

Being based in Pansemal puts us inside the Nimar farming belt — we buy from farmers and mandis without a chain of intermediaries adding cost.

Directors answer the phone

Three family directors, each accountable for a division. You deal with a decision-maker, not a call-centre ticket.

Written commercials

Tariff estimates come from your actual bills. Commodity rates come with grade, moisture and delivery terms stated up front.
